Refund policy

We want you to love HackU. Because our hydration powders are consumables, returns are limited to protect product safety.

 

• Unopened Products: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if still sealed and in original packaging.
• Opened Products: For health and safety reasons, opened or used items are not returnable.
• Damaged/Incorrect Items: If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
• Final Sale Items: Gift cards, samples, and promotional items cannot be returned or refunded.
